2010 Conference Information Coming Soon

Extended abstracts, full papers, and/or presentations are acceptable for submission. Please limit extended abstracts to two pages and full papers to 4 pages. Submissions must include a title, keywords, full name and affiliation of all authors and an abstract of roughly 50 words. Clearly describe the idea, value, methods, results, originality, and benefits over other methods. Proposals that describe open issues, industry/technology needs, or opinions are welcome. Please identify a primary contact and include his/her address, phone number and email address. The final version of each presentation will be published via a password-protected site, but authors retain full ownership and may present at other conferences.

Recommendations and Requirements for the Final Manuscript

• You cannot add or remove any author and cannot change author names in the final manuscript. Only if there are any mistypes or misspelling, you can change names or affiliations.
• We do not forbid changing the paper title, as far as it reflects the technical contents of the paper.
• Please note that, though the improvement of the paper based on reviewers' comments etc., is encouraged, fundamental changes of the technical contents of the paper are not allowed. We will check when we think necessary.

Poster Specifications

• Posters should be 45x36 inches with 16 slides per poster.
• Posters should be on a hardback surface, not paper, for display on an easel.
• If you need more than one easel, please contact speco@mail.utexas.edu.
• Posters will not be included in the conference handout.
